Procedure Manual – Development and Creation

Shareen is exactly the type of writer and professional I needed to put together a comprehensive process map and procedure manual. PLUS she came with the bonus skill of managing me and my time to make sure we kept to the timeline and product plan.

I appreciated her careful planning even though I like to jump into action and start crossing things off the list. I let her expertise lead and am so glad for it. Shareen’s support to fully visualize the end product and build a plan to create it took forever but expedited the final product exactly like all the professional literature says it would.
